A Real Conversation

At a nearby (lake) beach we were sitting near a family that had about 6 children ranging in age from about 12 to 2, although I do think some of them were friends. As we ate lunch I overheard this conversation between several of the older kids.

Boy: (holding up a very saturated toddler diaper) Dude! That’s a really heavy diaper.

Other boy: That’s a lot of PEE!

Boy: Yuck! (drops diaper onto a grocery bag, a could see a roll of paper towels sticking out of the bag)

Girl: Dude! That’s our stuff that we’re going to eat!!
